Even though Hind Silicates Pvt. Ltd. was formed in 2000, its chemical production roots date back to as early as 1947, with its parent company Hind Chemicals producing Sodium Silicate with in installed capacity of 1800 Mts per Annum from its Dum Dum plant.
As it now stands, the Hind Silicates factory at Jalan Industrial Complex is equiped with production capacity of 9500 Mts per Annum, not to mention that more than 5 decades of concrete experience in the field.

Our Core Strength:
The Company is relentless in its pursuit for improvisation and continued development. Specialising in following, it aims to broadbase its products and cater to the construction industry comprehensively:
- Midrange water reducing admixtures for Pavement Quality Concrete (PQC) as well as high range water reducers for Pre Stressed Concrete (PSC) required for road construction projects, bridges and culverts in the most stringent of weather conditions.
- Tunnelling requisites for hydroelectric projects as well as capsules for rock stitching.
- Super plasticizers with polycarbonate ethers that effectively solidifies fresh concrete, also enabling water reduction upto 40% - adding unmatched strength upon strength.
- Zero Alkali accelerators in liquid as well as in powder form. These reduce rebound loss to a great extent and prevent future reactional hazards realating to alkali-aggregate, enabling shotcretment for much higher thickness than most other standard silicates.
